Coach’s Quinary Tea Recipe

You may see a simple “tea packet”…what i see? over 50 herbs ingeniously combined in ratios of up to 12 lbs of raw herb to 1 pound of product, combined in Ancient Ways, purified via Modern Ways that feed and nourish each of my Elements and Organ Systems and helped me overcome a broken back to compete in 5 World Championships in 4 different sports…plus, a new Personal Record up Agassazi Peak Snowshoe Ascent/Descent this very morning, pain free and just feeling surreal at high intensity effort at over 12,000′ altitude on highly technical terrain…if you want World Class herbs to feed EACH of your five organ systems; do this; drink QUINARY TEA! – Coach Ilg

Coach Ilg,
I am looking into creating something like a morning cup of chi..Calli Beverage with a little Silk Soy Milk, a touch of Sunnydew, and wondering about Quinary as an addition? I dont want to deplete it with hot water…
love,

Most Noble WF Teacher Sheader,

Absolutely! your morning cup of CHI sounds way better than a morning cup of ‘Joe’!

I have, myself, tried many such variants throughout the years with great results…however,
i find it hard to beat the straight up, “Quinary Tea” when it comes to drinking pure CHI!

however, having said that, the thing about Quinary Tea is that you just need to keep stirring it…
Dr. Chen has so many herbs in it that the heavier ones constantly sink…
so,
STIR and SIP,
STIR and SIP…

nothing better than Quinary Tea, however.

love,
ilgbro

RECIPE FOR QUINARY TEA

by Coach Ilg
SUNRIDER Lead Director

ingredients needed; Quinary packets, SunnyDew or VitaFruit, hot water.

1) Bring a kettle of water to boil, then turn to low.

2) Open a packet of Quinary (i have not found opening Quinary capsules to be as useful in Quinary Tea…use the packets) and pour the contents into a coffee type of cup.

3) Pour the hot water onto the herbs, realizing the importance of drinking Quinary(**).

4) Add SunnyDew or VitaFruit (really good!) to taste.

5) STIR and SIP and LIVE THE CHI!

**) Quinary is, in my opinion, one of the greatest Miracles still available on Mother Earth to feed the human body. In this single packet are over 50 herbs that work synergistically to support each of our Five Elements…or in Western terms, each of our Five Organ Systems: 2 immune systems (respiratory and T-Cell, “Conco” and “Alpha 20-C” respectively), circulatory system (Lifestream), endocrine system (Prime Again), and digestive system (Assimilaid). Each of these five herbal formulas are available separately, so that if a yogin knows which Element or Organ System is need of more support, he or she can simply take extra amounts of it. I, for example, always add Alpha 20-C to my intake of Quinary due to the intensity of my Practices. Ananda, who has circulation challenges, eats more Lifestream, especially now that the colder weather has visited us beneath the Sacred Peak. Last night’s overnight low was 22 degrees. I used Lifestream when i was doing ice climbing and mountaineering in Canada. Remember; use SUNRIDER as your own Herb Shop! Pick and choose and LIVE THE CHI!

when in doubt; CONSULT YOUR UPLINE! that is why we are here!
