Mucho thanks for your help leading in to cross nats. I managed to finish 5th and I’m elated with the result in epic conditions and a stacked field.
I’ve continued to implement WF Practice into my daily schedule…. However, the day after nationals my dad, Everett was admitted to the hospital and is quickly approaching bardo. Everett is a father of seven and a stubborn 93yr old New England farmer who, until two weeks ago, was riding one of my old wind trainers in his basement daily….he’s a warrior beyond anything I could imagine. I can’t tell you what a help your Practice and DL’s have been during this process, and the perspective I’ve gained.
