Hec, why not just
keep a pot of this on your stove and stop by every half hour
for a nice spoonful of CHI!!!

A pranically packed powerhouse of southwest CHI, baby! If you enjoy pathways of Fire and Light, Steep and Direct, Healing and Healthy (hey, i know you do!) then
get dialed into my favorite apr ski mealtime; Ol Pozol!!! Inspired by the incomparable pozole at my favorite downtown Flag breakfast hang; Martannes!

Go to the Farmers Market and appreciatively hunt and gather the following ingredients:

White Hominy – 3 cups, drained
Red Chile Sauce (enchilada) – 3 oz
Green Chile Sauce (enchilada) – 4 oz
 1/2 Head of Chopped Cabbage
 3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 2 Lemons, juiced
 1/2 Onion, chopped
 water
 sea salt to taste
 Oregano, 2 pinches
New Mexico Green Chile (hot) powder, 1 tsp (if you dare)
New Mexico Red Chile (hot) powder, 1 tsp

***
1) into a soup pot, place the Hominy and enough water to make it soupy
2) bring to a boil, reduce to an aggressive simmer.
3) add both of the Chile Sauces, the Cabbage, and enough water to keep it soupy.
4) return to a boil, then a moderate simmer for 15 minutes. keep covered.
5) add the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes
6) turn off heat, and may Saint Francisco bless you as you enjoy the CHI!!!!!!!

my mouth is watering just writing this down!
