Coach and Joy-
Please know that I am praying for you both, and for the success of your modest temple here in Flagstaff. I am dedicating mile 20-21 of my upcoming marathon (my first!) to you both- the increased strength and confidence I have acquired since starting HP Yoga will get me through the really difficult miles ahead. Faith and perseverance in all things, right?

Noble Ilg,
I always go to DL every morning to make my day, a lot better then the newspaper or TV.
Cheers,

Dear Coach,
Thinking of you
“Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds.” Albert Einstein
I’m really alarmed by all of the {wellness, marriage, fitness, life, parenting} coaches that are turning up all over the place. WTF??? Thanks for being who you are; DL certainly provides me with inspiration.
all the best,
yogini jeannine

Being a online student since fall 1999 i can’t begin to express the impact Ilg, yourself, and WF have made on my life and the quality of. i would be a lost and wandering soul without it. i realize from my own constant struggles that it is a difficult and varied path but the divine path it is. it may not be for everyone but for the souls who long for a true path there is no other.
much love,

RE: DL of 4/4
Dear Coach,
I don’t know about 2005, but I nominate today’s DL for best so far for 2006. Your essay went right to the heart of WF warriorship!
Namaste.

Dear Coach Ilg and Teacher Q,
I now feel better than I ever have in my life and at the same time I am raising a reasonable amount of money for orphans from donations from my many generous sponsors. I feel a lot of balance in my life just now. I am not overconfident, I am fully aware that what I am about to undertake involves some serious risks, all good bardo training though!! I will tread with utmost awareness. I will think often of Whollistic Fitness and look forward to my future walk down this most magnificent and sacred way. My mantra out on the ice will be Om Sa, alternately on each ski. I will try to use this mantra when times are tough.
I extend the deepest bow I can muster to the entire Whollistic Fitness Shangha, you are truly inspirational.

Namaste Coach and Joy-
As a credit to your teaching and my practice I would like to let you know that I could not have mustered up the gumption to buy this house without the weekly intentions we set in yoga class and the time spent on centering and recharging. My intention each week is to take the first steps and do the things that I always say that I want to do- one of which was to buy a house.
Thank You for teaching us
– Luke

Hey Steve,
As I read DL I often see the similarities in our passions for the outdoor sports and it is nice to see how well you promote the joy we can have when we allow ourselves to get away from the comfort of the warm home. Anyway, keep doing what you are doing,
Thanks and love from Karl and Jen.

Dear Coach,
I’m a practioner of WF and HP Yoga via the Outdoor Athlete, Total Body, HP Yoga Prop Workout, and HP Yoga Basic Strength. An aspirant to the 508 as well.
Looking at those beautiful photos of you doing Tai Chi gives me an idea.
It seems that producing a DVD of you leading a yoga practice, using a Mini DV type camcorder, would be pretty low cost for you. You could even just set up a tri-pod on a mesa, lead a practice, and burn it to DVD, and have them copied. At $30 a DVD, I’d probably buy as many different practice sessions as you could produce. I think it would be understood that the production values are minimal, but the Chi kicks butt!
You might also think about providing such a monthly DVD as part of a training package.
With a humble bow,
Paul
