This is an adorable, potent, and just such a precious example of our beautiful little Pathway of WF…
it comes into our life by way a fine new Online Student, Tom Carpenter. Tom is now entering his 3rd Month of Online Training under Teacher Ananda and his rapid Transformation has taken root right where it is needed most for
long term personal fitness and spiritual growth; in his everyday Awareness. Of course, he is a SUNRIDER Herbal Warrior, which – i swear to Lord Patanjali – makes ALL the difference in speed of Transmission; clear cells=clear, sharp training effect!

enjoy this Gift from a new Shishya who was Brave enough to enter the Online Studies of this Path and is reaping huge
benefits and merit…already he is inspiring hundreds! that is what happens when you take the Jump into the World of WF Online; the World’s original and still most humble and powerful and rapid Path of Online Personal Fitness.

i bow to Shishya Tom, a long time fan turned Warrior within our humble Walls! you are GREAT!

inJoy Tom’s entry below oh noble DL Sangha! we are Graced by his Practice!

Greetings Teacher Ananda:

This humble Vasisthasana is for Coach Ilg. When i first saw that picture of Coach performing Vasisthasana in The Winter Athlete, i knew that Wholistic Fitness was a different kind of deal. i bow to Coach.

Picture #2 is Imbalanced Man. Here is another vacation photo that we can put to good use. With all due loving kindness towards myself, here are some imbalances of which i am aware:

My right shoulder is lower than my left. My right shoulder is tighter than my left.
My weight rests predominantly on the right leg. My right leg is stronger and more sturdy than my left in all balancing poses.
My weight is on the outside of my feet.
Left and right pectorals have developed differently.
(What do you think about that styling hat?? ill take function over form any day)
My standing poses are stronger than forward bending poses.
Forward bends are easier than side bending pose.
Side bends are easier than backward bending poses.
Back bends are easier than twisting poses.
Twists are easier to the right than to the left.
My left hamstring is tighter than my right hamstring.
My left hip is tighter than my right hip.
i have tendonitis outside my right knee.
i prefer salty food to sweet food, spicy food to bland food.
My lower body is more flexible than my upper body.
i prefer simple roots music to more complex music.
i prefer complex literature to easy reads.
i live in my head more than in my body. We are working on that, right?

That is my loose end from the previous cycle summation. i know you have a ton of e-mails to get through. Thanks for listening.

Off for interval work tonight. When I said my body is responding well to intervals at 150 bpm, the big difference is that my heart has not felt so highly stressed during the evening following the intervals. The next day i feel recovered prior to the next workout. Previously, i would often catch a cold after hard intervals or skip the next workout because of feeling drained. Then I began to skip the interval work itself. This way is mo better.

That was a classic photo of you two after your class in LA. :–)

Namaste

shisya tom
