Ananda and i are heading up to the Moab area for a short spiritual leave; meditation, dharmastudy, camping, rock climbing, and mountain biking…as well as possibly hooking up with Teacher Sheader in Arches National Monument for a new Ai Imawa Healing Postures DVD!!!!
We’ll be back in Flag on Wednesday to teach our evening HP Yoga class.
Since i never know if and in what changed Form i will return from such sojourns into the chakra-whirring Canyonlands, i leave the following Student Instructions:
***
FOR INFORMAL STUDENTS OF WF:

If you spent one-tenth of the time you devoted to distractions like chasing women or making money to spiritual practice, you would be enlightened in a few years!
RAMAKRISHNA
***
FOR FORMAL ONLINE STUDENTS OF WF:
during your Early Morning Ritual, contemplate Sattva and
contemplate this quote until i return-
Now when the bardo of this life is dawning upon me,
I will abandon laziness for which life has no time,
Enter, undistracted, the path of listening and hearing, reflection and contemplation, and meditation,
Making perceptions and mind the path, and realize the three kayas: the enlightened mind;
Now that l have once attained a human body,
There is no time on the path for the mind to wander.
