“What is born will die,
What has been gathered will be dispersed,
What has been accumulated will be exhausted,
What has been built up will collapse,
And what has been high will be brought low.”

– TRADITIONAL BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE

Returning to the Temple H(om)e, i found this “CONGRATULATIONS” sign waiting for me in the driveway, courtesy of Ananda (and the Temple Cat Beings; Jasper and Charlie, of course).

Truly, this is what Racing is all about; stepping onto the BattleField,
training your Senses and Mind to obey your Higher Will through the Pain,
and,
having lived through the experience; returning to Loved Ones and Familiar Environments with a more Luminous, Sacred Appreciation of the Dance of Life…
Racing is about doing your best and then waking up on days like today feeling Stronger,
Wiser, and more Prepared Than Ever Before For the Bardo.

Yesterday’s final stage was absolutely fantastic; my RRR team was whittled down to just Ian, Jeremy, Aaron, and myself after our Team Leader; Steve Sanchez could not sign in for the final stage due to stomach/digestive problems. That is the thing about Stage Racing; you gotta have a lot of your fitness variables wired to compete strongly each day. Turns out…your ol’ coach…well…

let me wait till the Final Results are in and i’ll tell you a go(o)d story about what happened out on the High Mountain Roads yesterday…you’re gonna love it!

today, i feel great; very limber…pranic field expansive…citta is spaciousness and joyful…i have NEVER felt this great after 3 back to back to back days of high intensity, long racing before! i swear, i truly feel that Dr. Chen’s SUNRIDER Herb product, his new one; MetaBooster…i swear it metabolizes Lactic Acid like crazy and expands what yogis know as vyana-vayu…the ‘all pervading current of pranavayu’. i feel today as though i could do anything; superhuman feeling…

“Energy is eternal pleasure,”
William Blake

more soon….Keep your Practice grounded with your Posture
and your spirit soaring with your Breath…

love and Inner Light,
