“As a man is,
so he sees.”
– William Blake

As we flow into another Week, our life in this incarnation shortens,
As we choose to See our workout everywhere,
our present Life Force deepens with great-full appreciation
for we are Beginning to really See…
we are Beginning to realize “No Separation”
that in our Doing is our Being…

“The forces which move the cosmos are no different from those
which move the human soul.”
– Lama Anagarika Govinda

(the above and following quotes contributed by HP Yogini LH)

“The best things in life are nearest.
Breath in your nostrils,
light in your eyes,
flowers at your feet,
duties at your hand,
the path of right just before you.”
– Robert Louis Stevenson

Ananda last week ripping one of her best yet mountain bike descents through the Kachina Wilderness. She has just climbed up to 8,852′ from our Temple H(om)e at 7,200′. She has just flown down about 2 miles of world-class alpine singletrack and her smile would result in a ‘perma-grin’ all the way to Florida where she is visiting her dad.

Yesterday at Two Tree Manor, the Temple Grounds were restored to their impeccable grace…using, of course, the Tribal Mantra during the mowing and the WF Non-Dominant Hand Practice…

after stacked days of stacked workouts including a Saturday morning Club Road Ride that saw me up front with three pros and rolling through the 53-mile mark at an average speed of 21.5 mph…i finished the 67 mile workout right in front of another Workout; the Lawn. Thank God for SUNRIDER Herbs…they give me the energy to maintain my workouts plus enjoy dropping into domestic duties with Sacred Appreciation…

i wanted to surprise Ananda when she got back from Florida, so…
My Meditative Spring Cleaning of the Temple Garage (My Workout Is Everywhere!)
included a renovated “Pet Door”
and features easy-access Practice Gear and Bike/Ski Work Station…

Detail: The Sliding Pet Door leads to the beautiful grounds of Two Tree Manor,
thus the signnage for the Temple Cat Beings reads;
“Ventana de Libertado
para el gatos!”
(Window of Freedom for the Cats!)

On Any Given Monday at the Temple H(om)e;
cycling, yoga, and workout clothing drying on “Red Fox Deck”

“When eating bamboo sprouts,
remember the man who planted them.”
– Eastern saying
