In August, Noble WF Online Student Daniel Sauve visited me for a one day Private Intensive. It was designed to cover
those tricky elements which lie hidden in the world of WF Online Studies; Toilet Yoga, Pranayama guidance, meditation, and of course, plenty of sweat. The Intensive was also done as a Warrior Blessing and JumpStart to a 16-day Grand Canyon River Trip…i finally heard word from him today and it is my pleasure to share his remarkable insights with you…
May His Noble Sweat and Bravery To Nourish His Soul
inspire your own Journey…
om so ti,
coach ilg
(ps; sorry about the picture sizing and font weirdness; Blogger is being, well Blogger)
I am so very happy for you and teacher Joy. What a precious gift has been
bestowed upon you! I bow in wow to the little one full of light! I bow in
wow to pregnant women, they are life! I bow in wow to you coach for you now
know something you did not and you could only by looking into those
beautiful, soulful eyes that hold such mystery! I bow in wow to teacher Joy
who’s spirit is impeccable and who’s grace is divine.
The Grand Canyon was such an amazing trip…I am speechless when I look back
as I cannot convey in words what I felt there. It was hot and wonderful! I
lived on my boat, bare feet most of the time, wearing only a pair of shorts
(the same one for 16 days) and my pfd. I awoke before the sun each day,
usually first one up, or almost, and passed out about an hour after
sunset…each day. I oared, filmed, photographed and hiked. I carried
water and slept under the stars. Each day before the sun set a hot wind
blows up the Canyon, charged with the energy gathered by the rocks powerful
stare into the sun. It blows hard and is really really hot. I welcomed it
each day. In fact I welcomed everything. Once I almost stepped on a 4 foot
rattle snake. He was a mellow soul and I gently backed away. Thanks
Canyon! And the day that tiny little scorpion climbed aboard and
disappeared under the cooler…Thank you. The night where the ringtails
invaded my boat (my bed too!) and went for the produce. They kept me up!
Thanks Canyon! The full moon one day one that kept me entirely from
sleeping and reminded me of the power of this sacred place…Namaste,
namaste, namaste…
(Warrior Sauve makes the heavenly, blue collar grind up toward the infamous “Weenie Walk”)
It was awesome, all of it. And the prelude, with you, was also awesome.
For days I thought of our day…And I have many questions although now my
mind cannot attend.
(…and Shishya at the TOP of the infamous “Weenie Walk”…leave to me; i can get anyone in shape for the Grand Canyon
or El Capitan…call it; Owner Expertise!)
The day after my return I went back to work on a crazy,
insane piece of film making…Death Race 3000!
(Sauve at work performing the ultimate occupation of WF Lifestyle Principle #1; Breath and Posture
as his job as a SteadiCam operator for motion pictures.)
Cars and guns, helicopters
and convicts! Yea Baby! 16 hours a day, 6 days a week…
(Shishya Sauve and his daugther; Naomi)
So I am left with
breath and posture, EMR, and the confidence that when this one is done the
training will resume as it should. In the meantime I am focusing on keeping
straight, on breathing, on being a gentle soul…and my the little girl of
whom I am the guardian…
Namaste Coach for that awesome day. We well revisit it soon as my questions
will come. Please be patient as I am now in the mouth of the monster,
smiling…
Daniel
