Current Training:
cardio – 2 – 3 hrs per week of cycling or spin.
cardio – 1 – 2 hrs per week of running
yoga – 2 sessions per week
strength – 2 – 3 sessions of light weight
Overall Health:
I am in good shape (for my age) but would like to be stronger and have more energy. I would also like to be more focused and am committing myself to be more mindful of my daily routine and diet.
Occupation:
business owner, some real estate work.
Dream Speak:
Continue to grow myself physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. To be a healthy and positive role model for my kids (and others perhaps). To gain a better understanding of who I am and what I want. To live without judgment or expectation. To understand and learn from others that I may respond with integrity. To find a greater sense of peace and joy in life.
Spiritual Growth:
I have just recently taken up yoga and am encouraged about how I have responded both physically and mentally to this practice. I would like to be more involved in group and/or endurance type sports and am looking into cycling clubs in the SW. I have also recently been much more mindful of my diet and healthy eating. I would like to start a regular meditation practice.
