Dear Wholistic Fitness Tribe,
My name is Sean Madine. It is day two of my private Intensive with Coach Ilg. Don’t think for one minute the the name ‘Intensive’ wasn’t carefully chosen. After just 36 hours in LA, I’ve already exceeded my recently prescribed weekly CV volume, experienced an excellent Strong Flow Yoga session at the new studio, and sat Zazen with a group of motivated students at 7am on a Sunday morning. It is interesting though. The interesting thing about an Intensive is that I always take away a few seeds to work with in my personal practice. The long days of physical exertion are great fun. The real fruit of the Intensive comes later.
