My name is Sean Madine. It is Day Four of my Wholistic Fitness Intensive here in LA with Coach Ilg. I am waiting for my ride to the airport. This has been a fantastic four days Here. It is not about Coach driving you into the ground with Intensity. It is about the small adjustments to practice that give rise to the big changes later. During our Strength Training session today, we made a small adjustment to calf raises … yes, that simple exercise that everybody knows how to do. The adjustment will make all the difference when I hit the iron in my garage gym. … My ride is here so I�ve gotta run.
