Big buzzword these days in nutrition is �Atkins Approved.�

How many World Championships did Atkins do?

How exactly did he become an expert in pushing the body to perform at its highest levels across the physiologic spectrum? Did his body reveal peak performance and high level fitness and balance?

Here are some �Ilg Approved Wholistic Fitness Nutrition Guidelines�

All free of charge, by the way…:

Beginning Students:

� Be very, very wary of dairy.

� Eat meat, you and God will never meet.

� Fowl is foul.

� Soda? So…duh!

� 2 asana sessions per week

� 3 hours of Cardio per week

� get on the herbs

Intermediate (Warrior) Students:

� Low volume physical food

� High volume appreciation (spiritual food)

� Eat without furniture when at home (sit on the ground as a gesture of thankfulness for the food�s life),

� Use Chopsticks (slow your unconscious chomping ass down!)

� Stay consistent on the herbs (eat closer and closer to pure chi/pran)

� 4 hours weekly of Cardio (15 minutes at High Zone 3 HR or over for nadic/tattwa fitness)

� 3 asana sessions per week

� Do Neti each morning

� Begin Pranayama

Advanced (Master) Students:

� 6 hours weekly of Cardio (with 30 minutes at High Zone 3 HR or over)

� Mostly liquid diet (SR Herbs)

� Use chopsticks with non dominant hand

� Pranayama/Meditation 3x daily

� Asana 6 out of 7 days.

� Take fluids when left nostril is open

� Take solid foods when right nostril is open

� Dance often, smile more than often.
