RE:Today’s meditation hit me this early morning, like a

bolt from the heavens.

I walked across the street in the single digit cold to

release a mouse from a trap. �I was under-dressed to

be sure. �It really hit me as the little guy galloped

away in the freedom of snow… practice and

enlightenment are one.

�Your release of the little one was an act of the bodhisattva within. So yes, practice and enlightenment merge as one.

RE: I felt that very deeply in the still and quiet of

winter’s cold.
