Great DL Strength Training story. You must be sending some ST Chi in my
direction … On Saturday evening, I decided to prime the new Cycle with a
full body ST session. Something was VERY different about this session. Mula
Bandha was solidly engaged most of the time and the Chi was just pumping up my
spine during each of the exercises. I now know why you call Squats the King of
ST. They train the ‘drumhead’ {the engagement of Mula Bandha) like no other!
