I was reading DL about the inversions during training to ease back problems.� How long should one invert during a hard workout?� Do you go by feel or is there a definite guideline. �I�d like to try some of those mofos!

it’s purely intutive on the inversions. the length of their hold is completely dependent upon the strength of one’s solo Practice. follow the Ujjayi breathing…the moment a struggle for easy nasal breathing becomes evident, come down.
with Practice, the body’s anatomy and physiology becomes ‘transparent’ thus making all
exercises, be it a handstand during a run to a bench press completely obvious as to where the form and focus
should merge.
