I LOVE talking about and sharing the SUNRIDER herbs…why? Because out of my Five Fitness Disciplines of WF, it is Nutrition that remains the most un-coachable. People think they can control their lives but most can’t even control the 24″ of space between their hands and their mouths!
If i know that a student is on my 3-Phase Approach to SUNRIDER HERBS, then i KNOW that that Warrior is going to SHIFT baby! Higher and Higher, Healthier and Healthier. The herbs are a fast, effective, and supremely powerful tool of transformation in my Path.
