Namaste Noble Warriors!

I am back in LA, begging of Patience from all of you whose requests

and programs are backlogged ever further from my extended stay in NM.

Many of you have sensed and written me about how valuable it was to see

me draw not only physical workouts and yoga into the building of the Rama-da,

but also of the unique spiritual teachings which arose from the endeavor.

I share with you this much about my parents reaction to the Rama-da…

they were late on their flight back, so my great plans for a homemade meal

+ presentation of the Rama-da were foiled…

yet their reaction…

was so utterly full of love and tears and surprise,

i truly felt another depth layer arise from the phrase;

“Family First!”

Whoever you are,

no matter what little may remain of your biologic family

or whatever grievances and gaps there may appear to be…

do this for feeble ilg…

kill the grievance and love whatever remains

close the gap; for in doing so lies your Highest Yoga.

true,

spiritual family may differ from your biologic family…

yet,

within the love you can produce and cultivate within your blood family

lies Great Divinity

particular to your karma…

so enter into your family

like you enter into your workout;

with sweat and determination to perform elegantly

in difficulty

intent upon

balance,

form,

and

alignment.

Family First Forever…

i bow to your family

and to the One Tribe

of

us

all…

With that rig, you should be hitting and winning the cyclocross circuit. It’s the WF of cycling – you need bike fitness, running fitness, strength to carry the thing up hills, and bike handling skills.

Dig the bike. Have you ever considered a suspension seatpost? I have a specialized on mine, which is more of a traditional seatpost with an elastomer insert. Just enough to take off the edge.

Noble Student Feather!

thank you for your letter and kind words!

I have yet to meet the suspended seatpost whose dampening abilities

outweigh their extra weight and disturbance of chi lines transmitted from Mother Earth

throughout the frame’s geometry.

to each their own edge, that is what feeble ilg says!

POTENT DL CHI

Coach Ilg,

That’s some mighty potent chi I just got off your most

recent post.

In the spirit of rebellion I thank you.

In the spirit of the Tao I bow.
