“It is not the worship of a person that is crucial, but the steadiness and depth of your devotion to the task.

Life itself is the Supreme Guru; be attentive to its lessons and obedient to its commands.

When you personalize their source, you have an outer Guru; when you take them from life directly, the Guru is within.”

— Nisargadatta Maharaj

Coach ILG, I received your basic strength yoga dvd about a week ago and I wanted to let you know that I love it! Please keep making more dvd’s so those of us that do not have access to your classes can still benefit through a home practice. I would gladly pay for an audio recording of a class. Thanks again and looking forward to more good stuff to come!

Dear Student Karl,

It is your devotion…your obedience to the path that produces effects. We WF Teachers are but fingers pointing to the heavens.

I bow,
