i am very impressed and stoked that so many of you have taken me up on the benefits of yogic toe-stretching! the suppleness and the ‘spread-ability’ of ones toes are a clear indication of the health and well being of your organ systems and overall ease of neuromuscular tonicity. wearing toe stretchers each morning like i do as well as after hard training workouts increases the nadic fitness which means your ‘chi lines’ are more open thus capable of delivering recovery and rejuvenation throughout the body and mind. YogaToes are invaluable for anyone with sciatica or other low back issues.
of course, being the Warrior Athlete that is my caste, you will have to work hard to beat my record in my self created: YogaToe Wearing Challenge (see below):
here i am praying to Quan Yin and biting my nails mere minutes before shattering my own YogaToe Wearing Challenge of 6.50 hours…i established a new personal record of 7.25 hours of continued YogaToe wearing! of course, my voice is now 2 octaves higher, but what the hell, i got a new Personal Record!
