Noble Smoking Gun Warrior…

see Chapter 30 of TBT book. Read my response to the first question asked by, “Drunk Student.”

also, cross reference the last page of the Green Tara Nutrition section (page 133 Hardcover).

i will have WF Certified Teacher contact you.

you are not yet mentally strong to do what is known as Tapasaya or Straightening Out An Addiction By Going Cold Turkey.

you need some more Weaponary in your spiritual quiver. we can help.

thanks for writing and just by reading TBT you will feel the immense Strength of our worldwide Sangha pulling for you…

i bow to you and your smoke…and take it easy on yourself; we are all addicted…

and if anyone says to you that they are not addicted, just ask them how often they brush their teeth with their non dominant hand or work a computer mouse with their non dominate hand! we all addicted; it just a matter of degrees and in the yogic perspective these degrees relate to our karmic impurities.

i know you will Rise Above.

how Blessed am i?

thanks also for the “night before Christmas” DL story.

in-joyed the Love, Creativity, Wit, and Energy endlessly…

who else out there is devoting so much to their students? and for free!!!!

oh yeah,

once again:

Perfect timing that you should feature Yoga Toes, and your new personal best on DL.

mine arrived today. YogafuckinToes. only had them on for 10 minutes and could feel the Pran Flowing, especially after i removed them. Crazy, Bro. Thanks for leading the Way. ‘course it only took me a freakin year to get a pair. Jody ordered them for me for Christmas (it was all i asked for) and couldn’t wait until Christmas to give them to me. i did a happy dance when i opened the box.

Love, Love, Love,

to both of you,

Dear Coach,

Please help me understand how I should

regard my dreams.

-Student S

Noble Student S:

Development of the DreamStates is sign of Higher Training Effect from

your WF Training and Appropriate Eating.

as you have felt when you were a younger child,

Dreams create an experience of nearness.

we will work within the DreamState Realms later.

within the yogin exist many cosmic worlds

and many gods.

these worlds are symbols of the areas of our consciousness.

as the mind gets subtler and subtler, one has visions of such

cosmic worlds…which is to say,

that the yogin becomes more ‘astrally fit’ and is able to

penetrate into these realms of spiritual consciousness through

advancing stages of meditation.

here is how i want you to re-guard your DreamStates until further

instruction:

* remember that you are no-body.

* you are the medium.

* only the Power exists.

noble young yogin;

much has happened in the past; much has happened since; and

what remains in balance is already happening as you read this.

May your Practice remain strong and true;

eat cleanly, eat innocently, eat naturally

do your pranayama as instructed and your DreamStates will

mature into a very fun and focus-able vehicle of transformation.

that is all.

Dear Coach Ilg,

I like this quote, thought you would too:

“In the beginning of one’s spiritual search, it is wise to compare various

spiritual paths and teachers. But when you find the real guru destined for

you, the one whose teachings can lead you to the Divine Goal, then restless

searching should cease. A spiritually thirsty person should not go on

indefinitely drinking from a new well; rather he should go to the best well

and drink daily of its living waters.” – Yogananda
