Dear Steve,

In November I completed the three programs in Total Body Transformation, and I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the experience and the education.

Soon after starting Green Tara, I received a cyclocross bike as a gift for my 33rd birthday, and used it for most of my cardio workouts. Three months of training later, I competed in my first cyclocross race, and felt incredibly strong throughout. On the sixth lap, as I once again ran up a steep mud hill with my bike on my shoulder, I could feel the immense power resulting from doing all those jump squats! None of the distance running or yoga I have practiced in the past ever prepared me to feel this way. I loved the feeling of enduring the challenge of difficulty in this race and am looking forward to doing it again.

Having never before been interested in gym workouts, strength training was my primary discipline this time around. I did all of the daily gym workouts in the Frugal Realm, but lacked the time and energy to do anything else – the additional weekend workouts *or* the meditation. So I’m happy with the results in the gym, but need to focus more on the inner work in the future. You’re right when you say that meditation is the most difficult of all the disciplines!

The book was a fantastic teacher for me, and I really do appreciate the energetic writing, the high quality workout routines, and the great information on taking my yoga practice to a higher level. Thank you so much for making TBT available, and for the ongoing words of encouragement on Daily Lines.
