Dearest Steve,

Namaste! and thank-you for a beautiful Adventure Sunday. I thought the hike was great. You were right when you said not to be worried, I handled it just fine. Next time I will push myself a bit harder up the mountain. I also really appreciated the advice on how to jog down; while keeping my focus, my chest up and my elbows back, I felt very steady and light footed. I wasn’t quite as jazzed with the prop class. This I’m sure has more to do with where I am at than anything else. I think I was more uncomfortable with it because it was newer and more challenging- of-course this is why it was exactly what I needed! My favorite part of the class was the fire breathing. Once we stopped, my whole body felt like it was humming to a higher frequency. It was really cool! I am definately up for this again! Thanks for your wonderful work. Oh, I also have to say that I really liked this time because I was actually able to connect to some of the other yogis. It was really nice having a chance to talk with Robin, Vicky, Linda, Melissa and Barry. It was wonderful for me to feel more connected to like minded souls. I look forward to the next Sunday I am able to join you! Much love and light, Heather

P.S. I also appreciate your sending on my last email to Joy. She has written back a very beautiful and thoughtful response to my questions. I shall enjoy engaging with her further around these issues.I bow to you both, namaste. -h
