Teacher Ilg,

Namaste.

Thank you for the report in DL today on Student Ludgate’s progress. It made me feel better. And to know to let all things flow. In my cycles with Teacher Sheader, I would get really down on myself if I could not “perform” to my expectations. This may have been the lesson Tahoma was trying to teach me this past summer also. So, if I don’t crank 4 sets of 15 on the pullups, no big deal. The practice is what is important. On my private intensive this past July with Teacher Sheader, we went on a trail run in the nearby canyons of Grand Junction. It was about 106 degrees. I was really demoralized when I had to totally stop running ( as I had been doing so well in my home territory). But now, after reading about other WF Warrior’s practice – I see and feel the lesson! Thanks again!

May your practice remain strong and focused.

Namaste,

Student Scott Adams

{Coach Ilg’s Note; Scott Adams is a Warrior Level WF Online Student from New Mexico taking studies under Teacher Sheader. Due to Scott’s tremendous consistency of Practice over several years, he will be interviewed by me for his Master Student Inka sometime this year.}
