Dear Coach Ilg –

I have participated in 2 HP Prop workouts and 2 of Joy’s mixed flow. Wow! You both know how to take Yoga to a better level. I love your classes, and try to make it to one or the other (Tuesday or Thursday) each week.

I am hooked, thank you, I have become a lot stronger in the last 4 weeks and I am learning how to take care of my mind and body to help me through a few problems. Thank you,

NM, Calabasas, CA

Dear Teacher –

I left a small token of my affection for you all

of a Ganesh candle and little I-Ching book

at your beautiful studio…I will always cherish every

moment that I am blessed to be your student.

Once again, I cannot thank you enough for your advice and guidance. I can feel my mind and body starting to stir. My awareness is increasing…I pray that the awareness will lead to more compassion, less selfishness and a release of control. I am blessed to have you in my life.

Your devoted student.

Namast Coach,

I can’t begin to tell you how beautiful and inspirational

class was last night. It truly was the best ever in the 5 years that

I’ve known you. Perhaps it was me?

The poem brought tears to my eyes.

I’m apologize for not staying to chat after class, but I had to savor

the remaining moments that the class had instilled in me.

I drove home with such a focus and in silence. No radio, no cell phones

or pagers ringing —– just the silence of the evening. “That is

all.”

I bow to you,

Student Fusano
