Namaste Noble Ones –

in the beginning of our awakening into spiritual fitness, we begin befriending the breath. as we mature through the Five Disciplines of WF; strength, cardio, yoga, meditation, and nutrition we inevitably find the beginning of the Endless Breath. it is then, with that Divine Touch of conscious inspiration through breathing that our Practice takes on the true flavor of a Warrior’s Journey. motivation for workouts are, from that point onward, taken ever deeper inward. workouts turned within is what WF is all about.
