Hola My Noble Sangha!

i am taking Ananda and the Little One Still Inside to Albuquerque, New Mexico today on a spiritual pilgrimage to receive ‘Darshan’ from the great Indian living Saint; Mata Amritananda Mayi Mi or “Amma.” through the years, i have always done what it takes to see Amma whenever possible…i love Her. known as the “Hugging Saint” to millions, She is the embodied manifestation of Krishna in the form of the Divine Mother. She was born blue colored as Krishna’s emanations poured from from Her every cell. Pressed by thousands to perform a miracle to ‘prove’ that She was indeed Enlightened, the little daughter of a poor family in a poverty stricken fishing village in India, Amma finally relented, “Okay, come back tomorrow at 10:00 am, i will do a miracle for you. this i will do ONLY once.” Amma knew that the associated Siddhis or ‘powers’ that come with Divine Enlightenment are only traps and should never be exposed. Thus, Her reluctance. I suppose She had to use Sai Baba’s philosophy. Sai Baba, known for His consistent miracle giving, said, “I give people what they want (miracles) so they want what i have to give (enlightenment).” After performing Her miracle in front of thousands, Amma has been tirelessly Serving the poor and the spiritually hungry for over 30 years. Amma is one of the Enlightened Masters that maintains the spiritual glue of our unEnlightened folk so that we may each continue upward on the Journey toward Her. you can read more about Amma at: www.amma.org

having been Hugged by this Great Saint, i know from Direct Experience that She has been Working through the vehicle of Steve Ilg for many, many years. so much of my Love for you, for my Work, for my Life is a direct result of receiving Amma’s darshan.

so, as a loving father and partner, i figure the absolute Highest thing i could do for my Beloved and my Unborn Baby Daughter is to take them to Amma for Her Blessing.

now,
let’s ground out the Divine Highest Workouts with something more on our own Level…

below i answer a few basic WF Questions from our youngest Online Shishya, Lori. this came in this morning’s email.

May it All Help,

STUDENT:
Noble Coach,
I made it to a computer!

COACH:
Most Noble Grasshopper! WARRIORESS UP!!!!!

STUDENT:
I am up in the lakes, and my main exercise has been
swimming. It’s not too intense, but harder than I imagine, and I feel my
heartbeat up.

COACH:
great!
keep it up; change stroke patterns and then at least once,
do this SWIM INTERVAL WORKOUT:
* 10 strokes hard/fast, 10 strokes recovery.
* repeat for estimated 5 minutes.
* take a full Recovery non swimming for 5 minutes,
* then repeat!

report to me on this

STUDENT:
Also, in the morning I do Tai Chi outdoors, and in the evening I
do an ab workout and yoga. In the meantime I am eating farm grown fruit and
reading some great books. Pretty sweet, right?

COACH:
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS GRRRRRRRREAT!
you are Blessed!

STUDENT:
So I will make a priority of the morning yoga. And I will brew some Calli for making ICED CALLI as you suggested!
Also, what does it mean to work in Zones 1/2?

COACH:
see page: 75 of TBT…you DID bring it, right?
if not, Zone 1 is conversation pace, Zone 2 is short sentence conversation pace…in other words, your heart rate is high enough to interfere with steady conversation. you can’t whistle at Zone 2, you can at Zone 1.

STUDENT:
Thanks for the guidance, I’ll bow to you from a dock over a beautiful lake!
– Grasshopper

COACH:
VERY WELL! thank you!
off to New Mexico to receive Darshan from Mata Amritananada Mayi Ma!!!!

head bowed,
ec
