Dear Coach,
Saturday I did a 3-hour mountain bike ride, up Buffalo Pass, which rises
3,000 feet from my house. The road is still closed, so it was just me,
the dirt road, the green (oh man it’s green here now), and the music of
the woods. No iPods for this warrior, I’d miss so much.

During the climb, which took about 1.75 hours, and the rough downhill, my
back and neck muscles were screaming at me, not painful, just tight and
uncomfortable.

Then this morning I practiced EMR (WF prescribed Early Morning Ritual) into Sun Salutes into hips into backbends
into inversions. I am most keyed into the feelings in the same muscles,
and how they become more open after yoga. The backbends, especially, went
right to the tight spots in my spine and began to open them up. Lots of
work to do there.

I have attached a jpg. The two markers are inactive uranium mines that I
am the project manager for to help General Electric (the mine site owners
and our client) clean them up. I will be there for 1-3 weeks this month.
I am looking forward to exploring the terrain there. Any TAFs for me,
it’s a very special place I here?

Love, warrior tobe

Dude! om so ti!
just yesterday in DL i wrote about Tsidool and here i get in today’s Inbox your email about helping clean up the land around Mt. Taylor! i bow!

Oh, I’ve got PuhLenty of TAF’s for your visit to AcomaLand! However, my largest TAF is for you to open the WF Bible and Practice those two sacred words which are the only two words in the WF Bible:
“Just Listen!”

‘proud’ of you for being such a Maha Yogi on this Maha Patha (Great Path); helping Mother Earth will fortify your backbends because backbends are all about the Opening Of Anahata Chakra; the Heart Center. There is so much magic in that land…enjoy your stay and drop me a line if you can while in your southwest Immersion!

love,
ec
