EMR is going well, in my humble opinion. I am noticing improvment in all area. Focus, flexability, consistancy. The right side is rising to the challenge more quickly than the left. I have noticed this and spend extra time to balance the two. For me, it’s more like a kata now than a disjoined series of movements-moving from one to the other, flowing with the breath. Keeping mula engaged takes focus-I’m there perhaps 50-60% of the time. The less I have to “think”about the next move-the more I can focus on the root lock. I’d like to wear my mala for this-is that appropriate?

Namaste Coach,

Feeling the Chi from my pre-dawn HP Yoga session this morning, many thanks again for putting this workout on DVD, those of us living away from the Sacred Peak appreciate it greatly.

Question about access to the SR Forum, is this open to SR distributors or are there other criteria?

Thank you.

Head bowed,
