case-in-point:  for those of you that do not follow my Daily Teachings,  two weeks ago, i committed a violation against the Golden Rule of asana (yogic postures):
i was teaching in a private session doing a deep hip-opener.  i noticed my student needed an important hands-on adjustment, and i came out of the deep posture
waaay too suddenly and without Conscious Breathing (yeah, i know;  that is my First Lifestyle Principle of Wholistic Fitness™!).

i severely sprained both the medial and lateral connective tissues of my right knee.

that was two weeks ago.

since then;  i’ve finished on the AG Podium in a 10k Classic nordic ski race,  rode my road bicycle for 120 kilometers, nordic skied for 60 kilometers, and
alpine skied twice.  not bad for a severely sprained knee at nearly age 50, eh?   when i use the term Regenerative Whole Food Herbal Nutrition to describe SUNRIDER™ Herbs and that the MAP Amino Acids are ‘invaluable to anyone’…
