Come on the road again to the Front Range with feeble ilg as I continue to document the meteoric rise of Dewa and her Durango Demon teammates at the highest levels of what is arguably the toughest sport; cross country running. This Vlog features the Girls Varsity XC Team in a dual meet; Pre-States (aka; Cheyenne Mountain Stampede) in Colorado Springs, Colorado then, several hours later toeing the start line again at Pre-Regionals in Pueblo, Colorado. Utterly inspiring. This Vlog will get you to turn that doorknob in your OWN training!
