typically done for the 4 weeks of October at 1x week supplemented by alternating EEE-GAD Workout and Yang Day Workout on another day of the week.

perform the following Tri-Sets for 2-3 Rounds each movement at intensity

for 3-minutes:

• 15-minute warm up of choice

• Tri-Set #1:

A) Jacobs Ladder (alternating standard form 30″ into Ricochet Legs for 30″)

B) Skip Rope (employing various techniques)

C) Dreadmill (alternating standard form 30″ into R. Leg Hopping 15″ into

L. Leg Hopping 15″

60-second Recovery Interval on Gravitron machine

• Tri-Set #2:

A) Nordic Slideboard (with Dumbbells)

B) Heavy Bag (with Kicks/both legs)

C) Overhead  Rope Pull (alternating standard form 30″ Double Poling into 30″ Single Poling

A) Medicine Ball Throw Downs 30″
