i took this pic from about mile 7.5 up our 10 mile dirt road climb on our road bike during the Tuesday Night World’s Ride this evening here in Durango…a definite A-list of the local pro’s…i didn’t finish last…second to last,  but not last!  that little green blob in the center of this pic is the Animas River Valley…that is how high up we climb on this 3,000′ climb before shaking our molars out on the washboard descent and then roaring back to town at 23mph!

so, some famous Studio Yogi asked everyone on her Facebook Status update after bragging about doing Pilates and Zumba and Yoga all in the same day, “So…how did you move YOUR body today?”…

to which ilg c(om)mented:

how did ilg move his body today?

the more important question is how did we move our Breath today!

early am:  15-minute pranayama into 45-minute asana into giving bodywork/massage into a full day of keeping up with our 4 year-old Rinpoche into a Tuesday Night World’s Ride (A) for over 3 hours including a 10-mile dirt road climb over 4,000’…how ’bout that all in the day of the life of this 50 year-young daddy warrior?

keep the throttle pressed until Enlightenment,
