Dear Coach,
I request your advise on trying to recovery lower back flexibility: I did a bike fit test 2 days ago and I was surprised at how little flexibility I have in my lower back…my lower back is as hard as a table coach!!! They tell me this is a limiting factor in my aero position on the bike but I don’t know if it has any other performance and energetic repercussions. I believe my lack of flexibility and probably the tension of my lower back is product of years of playing football and abusing my spine hitting with my helmet. Do you have a special kinestetic routine for tabletop lower back cases like mine?

what have i attempted to teach all these years? that our Highest, most Beautiful, and far most Sacred Summits lie within! especially now that the real Everest has friggin’ high-speed internet access! geez…what happened to the notion of the Sacred Wildness?
