why do YOU feel
feeble ilg prioritizes at age 64 more of this type of manual work like weeding, raking, landscaping during my pro life as a Trailworker/Property Maintenance worker instead of making more $ as a bodyworker/coach (which makes up the other sides of my inc(om)e…)
easy answer?
so feeble ilg can still do focused fun outdoor sports like THIS!
I mean, look at pic #1.
see the low, close to Mother Earth body position? Sense the need for open hips to do this? How about the bilateral limb movement and neurological coordination to dig out weeds, shovel gravel, heave heavy lawn bags, use tools in hot weather. How about the GI Tract compression? You TAF that has any health longevity benefits towards gut health? How about ankle flexibility and grip strength? Have any of you READ the most recent studies on how both Grip Strength and Ankle Plasticity/Strength affect absolute health for 65+? then the whole mental focus; clearing the ground to pull a Weed Being. saying the Blessed Mantra for the Weed Being before using finger/grip strength to pull Her out and more Mantra as you place Her into the lawn bag. this is all Mental+Spiritual melding of Mind/Spirit.
Now look at pic 2;
what do you see? yup: Grip Strength. Ankle strength/suppleness. Core compression. Open hips. Melding of Mental and Spiritual focus.
