I saw a very interesting woman this week in the clinic. She is a very health conscious patient which caused her to adopt a nearly complete Vegan lifestyle, and proud of it. She eats organic. She exercises every day, and in fact teaches others how to exercise. She is in her early fifties, very upbeat, optimistic about life and a serene beauty, but exhausted.
Completely exhausted.
