This one, what i call, CONSCIOUS COUSCOUS ACA (the ACA means with Apricots, Currants, and Almonds) has GOT to be one of her most recent finest dishes! Rinpoche Dewachen (3) absolutely DEVOURS this dish with gusto leeching from her precious eyes!
