it would not be too far a stretch to compare the Energetics of Enlightenment with the Enlightenment of Fireworks…each July 4th – which is a big one for me – i reflect upon this analogy. it might just help keep us tracked on our simple Practices in this Path of Wholeness because, like a wick which leads to a bottle rocket…it’s the small things which matter most for the Big Bangs in our spiritual life…c’mon…enjoy the pics from our clan’s 4th and my attempt at yet another Bridging of Eastern Enlightenment Sciences with Western fitness modalities…

FREEDOM – I am ashamed to say, is something I have not thought about for much of my 35 years in this body. Born a white American woman to a solid and nurturing family, I have never had to or chosen to fight for the liberty I so thoroughly enjoy.
s(om)etimes a simple look from Dewachen stares into me from a Realm so greatly distant from my ordinary reality that my flesh eyes and brain cannot even conceive of the scale. It seems so vast…beyond my capacity to measure, let alone write about it. all ilg knows is that when i hold Her gaze, my own sordid and sorry mindstate instantly purifies, makes me want to Rise Higher, seemingly stripped of its innumerable faults….
